Delete your data

You can have everything App2print holds about you removed at any time. There is no account to close; your data is tied to the WhatsApp number you used.

How to request deletion

1. Send the message delete my data to the App2print WhatsApp number from the number you used, or email print@app2print.app and state that number.
2. Within 7 days we remove your printer choice and job records from the relay, and delete the emails that carried your files from the printer mailboxes.
3. You receive a confirmation on WhatsApp or by email once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your printer choice and any job state held by the relay.
• The emails (with your files) in the printer mailboxes.

Pages already printed are physical copies at the printing location and are outside our control. WhatsApp's own copy of your chat is governed by WhatsApp's terms; you can delete the chat in the app.
