Privacy policy

App2print ("we") is a WhatsApp‑to‑print service operated by App2print. This policy explains what we do with the information you send us when you use the App2print WhatsApp number.

What we receive

• Your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name WhatsApp shows for it.
• The messages and files you send to the App2print number, including any caption.
• Which printer you chose, and the status of your print jobs.

How we use it

• To print the files you send on the printer you chose.
• To send you messages about your print job (received, printed, out of paper, and so on) and to answer your messages.
• To keep the service working safely and to investigate problems.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not send you marketing messages.

How it travels

A file you send is received through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), passed through our relay running on Cloudflare, and delivered by email to the mailbox of the printer you chose, where it is printed. Replies from the printer travel the same way back to you on WhatsApp. Meta, Cloudflare and Google (the printer mailboxes are Gmail accounts) process the data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

• The relay keeps your printer choice until you change it, and job state for up to 7 days.
• Files are not stored by the relay beyond the transfer to the printer mailbox.
• A copy of each email, including the file, stays in the printer mailbox and may be kept by the printing location.

Your choices

You can stop using the service at any time. To have your printer choice, job records or stored emails deleted, write to print@app2print.app from the WhatsApp number you used, or message the App2print number. See how to delete your data.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
