Terms of service

Effective October 28, 2026

These terms apply when you use App2print, the WhatsApp‑to‑print service reached at the App2print WhatsApp number. By sending a message or file to that number you accept them.

The service

App2print forwards the files you send on WhatsApp to the printer you choose and sends you status messages about the job. It is a private service, available only for the printers it has been set up with, and the operator may add, remove or change printers at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Send only files you have the right to print. Do not send unlawful, harmful or offensive material.
• Choose the right printer. A file sent to the wrong printer may be printed and seen by others at that location.
• Check the print options you put in a caption (copies, black and white, double‑sided); what you request is what prints.
• Do not use the service in a way that disrupts it or burdens the printers (for example, very large or repeated jobs).

Printing locations

Each printer belongs to a printing location that controls the printer, its paper and ink, and the printed pages. Collecting your pages is between you and that location. The operator does not promise that any job prints at a particular time.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It depends on WhatsApp, email delivery, the printer and the internet at the printing location, any of which may be unavailable. The operator may suspend or end the service, or block a number that misuses it, at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost, delayed, misprinted or misdirected jobs, for the content of files sent by users, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this address with its effective date.
